At Helix Psychological Services, we are a team of registered psychologists and social workers who prioritize building a warm and positive therapeutic relationship with our clients. It is important to us that our clients feel comfortable and safe exploring distressing thoughts, emotions and behaviours that may be preventing them from moving forward. Our approach is individually tailored to help our clients meet their unique needs and goals.
We provide evidence-based treatment to preteens, adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, relationship problems, or difficulties adjusting to challenges in life. We additionally offer psychological assessments to adult clients. We offer virtual services in English and French to individuals residing in Ontario and Quebec.
