As Director of Resolutions Therapy Center, I've spent over 29 years helping individuals, couples, adolescents, and families overcome life's challenges. Our team in Laval, Montreal, and Pointe-Claire, offers therapy for anxiety, depression, relationships, family conflict, grief, burn-out, parenting, life transitions and more.
My approach combines Humanistic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. We'll work together to develop tools and strategies that will help improve your relationship to self, and move forward with greater ease. Therapy should leave you feeling supported, hopeful, and equipped with skills you can use long after your sessions.
