Exploring the psyche provides an opportunity to discover & re-enter into relation with all the aspects of our psyche, towards harmony with oneself and others.
Being specialized in Jungian analysis, I believe in the exploration of unconscious forces to shed light on one’s life experience. Those forces participate/interfere in one's daily challenges. I work with dreams and active imagination, which are therapeutic tools focused on revealing the symbolic life of individuals. Hence, dreams become a living experience.
I am Jungian Analyst, graduated from the OAJA, and also hold a certificate from the C. G. Jung Institute Zürich. In that context, I have undertaken my own therapeutic process. In turn, I propose to accompany you (in French or in English) through a similar exploratory process aimed at removing the stones from your path of development.
