Accepting new clients. I work with clients who want support to deal with patterns and issues that they can no longer ignore. Maybe you feel overwhelmed and stuck in your life and want to feel better about yourself and life. You may be dealing with a life crisis, anxiety, depression, or grief. I also specialize in food and body issues, relationships and career challenges. Life transitions and stages can be more challenging when we haven't healed earlier traumas and wounds. I will work with you to get at the root of your issues and do the emotional work to allow healing and change.
I've been a therapist for 25 yrs., have an MA in Somatic Psychology and was an RMT for 20 yrs. before becoming a therapist. I've worked in mountain resort towns since my early 20's, so I'm familiar with all the various challenges that come with having an adventurous lifestyle and living far away from family.
I believe that we are meant to heal and grow and so I address four main areas: 1) Childhood, 2) The Mind - thoughts & beliefs, 3) The Body - nervous system, feelings, emotions, and 4) Personal philosophy or spirituality - how we make meaning of life.
