If you are affected by stress, anxiety or depression, or need post adoption support, please let me help you to find your inner strengths so that you can feel renewed hope. My background of working with people who experience mental health challenges, family crisis, and changing family dynamics through adoption, leads me to have a passion for teaching and guiding people as they adjust to life situations and make the changes they choose to make. Finding a way forward when dealing with the stress and changes resulting from COVID 19 is something we can do together.
Extensive training in adoption related matters including trauma and attachment, helps me to be a strong support for adoptive families. I tend to work from a respectful strength based perspective, building on skills you forgot you had, so I can help you to find joy, hope and healing in your daily interactions so that you will be person you want to be.
As a Social Worker with over thirty five years of experience in working with families and children, I bring practical and useful insight to coach individuals to make the changes they want to make. I can help you by sharing evidence based tools that may help you to change the way you think, act and feel, so you will be able to solve your immediate problems.
