My background in rehabilitation informs this holistic perspective of connecting emotional, mental, and physical well-being, to foster greater self-compassion and understanding.
I believe that developing a trusted relationship is the foundation of the counselling experience and can lead to greater personal growth when complemented with an appropriate therapeutic approach. I utilize an integration of evidence-based modalities, including ACT, EMDR, CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, Emotion Focused Therapy, and the Gottman method.
