Do you struggle with anxiety, trauma, divorce, or the challenges of a blended family, impacting your relationships, confidence, or sense of stability? Do you feel overwhelmed or stuck by emotional abuse, high-conflict dynamics, or the fear that things won’t change? Do you hope for more peace, clarity, or control in your life? Now more than ever, individuals and families feel uncertain and drained as they navigate relationship changes and trauma recovery—but healing is possible. You don’t have to do it alone.
I believe healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone. I offer therapy and supervision for anxiety, trauma, divorce, emotional abuse, and blended family challenges. We start by understanding your story, then identify patterns, build skills, and create a plan for change. I support you in applying these strategies to move forward.
I offer a safe, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach so you can feel heard, gain clarity, and reclaim your sense of self. Helping you break free from emotional overwhelm, rebuild confidence, and create lasting change is my mission.
Book online today, and let’s take the first step together.
