I am a trauma-informed psychotherapist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. My work is grounded in safety, compassion, and collaboration. I believe healing happens when we feel seen without judgment and empowered to move at our own pace. I integrate approaches such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, and strengths-based to support healing at your pace.
I bring both professional and lived experience supporting complex family systems, including adoptive and foster families, immigrant families, neurodivergent individuals, children, youth, and caregivers. I understand how trauma impacts relationships, identity, and sense of safety.
My approach is gentle but intentional. Together, we focus on building skills, strengthening coping tools, and creating space for deeper trauma work when appropriate.
