As a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE)—and a mother of two—I understand how overwhelming life can feel. I provide psychotherapy for adults, children, and families, offering compassionate, evidence-based support tailored to your real-life situation.
I integrate mindfulness and cognitive approaches with an attachment and emotion-focused lens to help you manage anxiety and depression. You’ll have space to explore thoughts and beliefs, understand roots in early experiences, and heal emotional wounds. For children, I use attachment-based, play, art, and LEGO-based therapy to support growth and connection.
