The focus of my work is with individuals (adults 18+) and I journey with people who are facing challenges related to trauma and PTSD, anxiety, behavioural issues, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem and spirituality.
I am a Registered Service Provider with Blue Cross-Medavie and provide psychotherapy and counselling services to Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC).
