Experienced Remote (Video/Tele) Trauma Counsellor providing services anywhere in BC. Great clinical care is now accessible for anyone at anytime. I have over 25 years of diverse experience in clinical counselling. Compassionate and able to build rapport quickly and integrate practical strategies is what I excel at. I have specialized in trauma and post trauma for first responders and all workplace traumas. For my general practice, I typically support individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, self esteem concerns and post secondary students. Whatever it is you are struggling with, it can certainly be better.
My main focus is helping individuals in a very caring, cognitive, trauma informed and compassionate manner. Through an environment of warmth, care and encouragement I help overcome obstacles. My work is very positive and solution oriented. We all know our problems, it is time for some solutions.
When you are wanting additional support, change for yourself and if you are tired of struggling with your concerns, book an appointment. Fees are $150 for an individual 50 minute session and $200 for a couples session. Discuss with me if financial hardship is a concern as I may offer sessions at a reduced rate based on income.
