Relationships are built at the speed of trust and I believe the relationship created between therapist and client is the foundational component in the therapeutic process. I bring 15+years of experience working with families and individuals in various capacities and create a treatment plan specific to your individual needs. I identify as a female from a mixed ancestry- European/French/Indigenous. I work relationally and meet people where they are at. I'm grateful to be able to walk alongside you and support you on your journey. I specialise working with families, of all kinds, and individuals.

I have extensive experience working with families & trauma. I have specific knowledge supporting unique and neurodivergent diagnoses. I am trained in evidence-based approaches - CBT, DBT, EMDR & primarily use relational and humanistic models - AEDP and EFT and attachment models in practice to support relationship, growth, healing and change.

My goal is to support you in your journey of change and work with you to create hope for the future. In the words of Ram Dass, "we are all just walking each other home". I draw inspiration from spiritual leaders and other practitioners who believe that with self-compassion, we give ourselves the same kindness and care we’d give to a good friend.
