About
When we feel stuck or overwhelmed, reaching out to talk to someone about what we are going through is hard. It takes courage to trust someone enough to share our pain. With this in mind, my aim in therapy is to create a safe space to meet you as you are. The counselling experience with me involves your active participation, because you bring the expertise of your own life. As humans we are hardwired for connection; you don’t have to do this alone!
I am a Registered Psychologist and I work with families, couples, and individuals. I have a special interest in helping families navigate unique circumstances. I work with couples and other family groupings who want to repair & enhance relationships.
It is important to feel safe and confident with your therapist. I offer free 15 minute phone consultations so that you have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have ahead of our first session together. After the consultation there is no obligation to book an appointment.
