I am a psychotherapist, musician/artist and music teacher. I've been described as warm, creative, and easy to talk to. My approach is relational, embodied/experiential, creative, and attuned. My personal and professional life has offered me extensive experience in a wide range of somatic, expressive, arts based modalities which support my therapeutic practice. I have also worked 25+ years with kids and youth through arts, and in elder care.
I work with trauma, (performance) anxiety, grief/loss, transitions, marriage/divorce, (peri)menopause/infertility, creative blocks, authentic expression, ADHD, nature connection, rural living, identity, parts work, couples, sexuality, mindfulness, processing spiritual events, and non/low-verbal clients. Neurodiverse- and 2SLGBTQ+-affirming.
