With 25+ years of counselling, coaching and consulting experience, I focus on attachment, identity, grief, life losses, transitions, relationships, fears, phobias, trauma (ptsd) and career & work life management. An adoptee, I understand and work with adoptees, first & adoptive families to navigate the effects of adoption-related experiences.
I work with a range of therapeutic methods tailored to meet each person's needs including, Grief; Attachment, Emotional & Solution focused therapies; EMDR for fears, phobias & traumatic stress (PTSD) that are all culturally sensitive, research-based & evidence informed.
