Some of these may include relationship struggles, mood disorders, life transitions, grief & loss, and/or childhood trauma/neglect. My clients want to experience less confusion, anxiety, sadness, fear, and/or frustration and instead, they want to feel more in control and at peace in their lives. They want to better understand themselves and develop skills to address the obstacles in the way of reaching their best lives.
We will work together towards bringing about the change you are seeking. To do this we will increase your self-awareness and identify patterns, beliefs, and/or behaviors that are holding you back. You will learn skills and strategies for changing behaviors and/or managing moods. You will be empowered by the process.
