There are times in life when things become too overwhelming to face alone. I work with clients who need space to process their thoughts and feelings, explore new ways of thinking and examine unhealthy cycles and patterns. Taking the time to examine one's own strengths and utilize them to their full potential is the key to growth and personal fulfillment. I walk along side clients and guide them through sessions in the hopes of developing increased self awareness and new insight. Through building a relationship of trust and mutual respect, I provide an empathetic ear to my clients and give them the time and space they need to heal.

I am passionate about helping clients through difficult life transitions and helping them find hope when it feel like there is none left. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, anger issues as well as parenting and ADHD. I am also a certified EMDR therapist and work with clients heal from past trauma

Beginning a counselling journey can be scary and the road is bumpy at times. But finding the right counsellor is a huge step towards experiencing positive change. Through my empathetic listening, sense of humour and non judgemental approach, I aim to build trust and connection with each and every client.
