I practice counselling from a client-centred holistic perspective. Compassion and curiosity are at the forefront of my approach while supporting the strengths of my clients and their innate healing intelligence. Our therapeutic work will be held in a relational/attachment lens that is trauma informed and engaged with the regulation of the nervous system. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC,) I hold a Masters in Counselling Psychology, and my practice is also informed by Emotion Focused Therapy, Process Work, Compassionate Inquiry, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy, nature-based healing, and nutrition.
Human beings are dynamic creatures, and I believe our therapeutic approach should be as well. Whether in solo or couple sessions, we will be working to strengthen your resources to foster greater resiliency and healing.
