Life can feel overwhelming when you’re managing anxiety, depression, trauma, or major transitions like divorce, career change, or retirement. You may be a woman navigating perimenopause or a neurodivergent adult with ADHD or autism seeking balance and confidence. I strive to help my clients feel grounded, improve their relationships, and regain control of their lives. Together, we create a safe, supportive space for healing, growth, and lasting change—helping you move toward clarity, connection, and well-being.
I am an EMDR therapist with specialized training in trauma and ADHD treatment. I am also a hypnotherapist and Reiki Master. My approach blends evidence-based and holistic methods to support healing and balance. My approach includes mindfulness-based stress reduction, somatic awareness, and emotional regulation techniques to take back control of your life.
