I am an EMDR therapist with specialized training in trauma and ADHD treatment. I am also a hypnotherapist and Reiki Master. My approach blends evidence-based and holistic methods to support healing and balance. My approach includes mindfulness-based stress reduction, somatic awareness, and emotional regulation techniques to take back control of your life.
