Does this sound familiar?
You’re successful, thoughtful, and strong, and yet, you often feel disconnected from your body, overwhelmed by anxiety, or uncertain in your relationships. Maybe you’ve experienced trauma that still echoes in your daily life, or you're exploring your sexuality or intimacy but feel stuck, ashamed, or unsure where to turn. You’ve tried to “figure it out” on your own, through self-help books, yoga, journaling, or simply pushing forward, but deep down, you’re still carrying the weight of unprocessed pain. You’re ready to feel differently. You want to feel safe in your body again. You want to feel connected.
Hi, I’m Heather. I help women across Western Canada navigate trauma, anxiety, intimacy, and identity, through a gentle, body-based approach to therapy that honours the whole person. With over 10 years of experience, I specialize in somatic therapy, sex therapy, and healing from trauma. My work is LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, and client-led.
I blend traditional talk therapy with Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, and yoga-informed practices, because I believe healing doesn’t just happen in the mind. It happens when we reconnect with the body, with safety, and with self-compassion. Therapy with me is about more than coping—it’s about reconnecting with your inner wisdom.
