We each have our unique challenges that can impact how we feel about ourselves, our perceptions of safety, how we connect with others, and feeling fully present in our lives. I love helping people feel empowered to trust in and connect with their unique strengths, discover their own innate ability to heal their nervous systems and move towards a more loving, peaceful and joyful way of being in their lives. I support individuals navigate various challenges including stress, anxiety, self-doubt, feelings of overwhelm, feeling stuck, boundary issues, childhood abuse, domestic violence, sexual abuse, grief and loss, aging, and more.
My approach to counselling is compassion centered and trauma informed. I incorporate Expressive Arts Therapy, mindfulness, somatic-inquiry and self-inquiry. These approaches can help with emotional regulation, process past trauma, open new perspectives and solutions to problems, support healthy relationships within yourself and others and more.
All of you is welcome. Your stories, experiences, challenges, hopes, suffering, joy, pain, curiosity, fears, and more. My deep wish is to provide a safe, inclusive and nurturing space where you can feel empowered to be yourself and explore your own process of growth and healing. I look forward to connecting with you.
