At Heartwood Family Wellness, our team supports children, youth, adults, and families navigating life’s most challenging transitions; including neurodiversity, mental health struggles, grief, loss, and family change. We draw on evidence-based and experiential approaches including CBT, Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, and trauma-informed care to meet each person where they are. Whether you’re facing ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, or a major life transition, we offer a warm, skilled team and the right fit for your journey.

We specialise in neurodivergent support: autism, ADHD, anxiety, and depression, across the lifespan. Using Play Therapy and Sand Tray, we help clients of all ages process what words can’t reach. We also support individuals and families through grief, loss, life transitions, and trauma using DBT and CBT. Every client gets a unique tailored approach.

Whether you’re a child, teen, adult, or family in transition, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
