I work from a trauma-informed, healing-oriented perspective. I integrate traditional teachings and modern, research-based psychotherapy. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, chronic health issues, relationships, trauma, a crisis, or wanting something more from life, I would be happy to meet you for a free 20-minute consultation.

My approach integrates a caring presence with emotions-focused therapies, attachment theory, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), somatic (body-based) therapies, EMDR, mindfulness, transpersonal approaches, radical acceptance and self compassion, and narrative therapy. I trained with Therapsil in psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy.

I have worked in the helping profession for the past 18 years. My professional history includes private practice, providing clinical supervision, family counselling, adult and geriatric mental health, youth crisis work, supporting adults with disabilities, and crisis counselling.
