I am passionate about building connections with and providing support to, individuals and families who have experienced complex trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem challenges, gender transitions, and grief. I take a collaborative and integrated approach to help clients find healing and symptom reduction. I am also a CVAP approved counsellor.
I support clients using an integrated approach that draws from EMDR, Narrative Therapy, Client-Centred Therapy, Solution-focused, CBT, DBT, Art-based therapy and using our imagination
