I offer counselling from a family systems perspective integrating the following therapies: Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Faith-based approaches for those who wish to integrate their faith. Any challenge that you are facing can be healed which the right therapeutic approach for you.
I take into consideration culture, religious orientation, faith, race, and gender. I am trained in Clinical Counselling, Psychotherapy and Faith-Based Counselling. Additional training in Christian Counselling has demonstrated great results when integrating faith with traditional therapies. An integrative therapeutic approach brings hope for change.
