Trauma-Informed EMDR & Attachment-Based Therapy - You may feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from yourself and others, often noticing the same patterns repeating despite your best efforts. Many people who come to us have experienced trauma, chronic stress, or early experiences that continue to shape how they feel, cope, and relate today. Others seek support for anxiety, stress, life transitions, or feeling stuck, even when they don’t identify their experiences as trauma. They are seeking relief, stability, and a sense of safety, both internally and in their lives.

We offer trauma-informed, attachment-based therapy with a strong focus on EMDR and relational work. Our work supports nervous system regulation and trauma processing in a way that is paced, collaborative, and tailored to each client. We help people move out of survival mode and toward greater clarity, resilience, and emotional steadiness.

Beginning therapy can feel daunting, especially if trust has been difficult or past supports haven’t helped. We prioritize safety, consent, and genuine connection from the start. Art Therapy and Mindfulness for Children (7-12)

Artful Minds, Mindful Hearts: Empowering Children Through Creativity (ages 7-12 years) This group counseling program is designed for children aged 7-12 years, where we combine the power of art therapy and mindfulness strategies to nurture their emotional well-being. Through various artistic mediums such as painting, drawing, sculpture and collage, participants will learn to find safe outlets to process challenging emotions. Mindfulness strategies will be introduced and practiced to learn mind-body connections and discover the power of the present moment. 4 x 2 hour sessions Thursdays 1 - 3 PM Thursday July 13 - Thursday August 10
