Heartfelt Counselling offers a welcoming therapeutic environment for clients to experience growth and healing. Clients can choose to work through connecting with our animal partners or solely with the counsellor. We offer support in the areas of anxiety management, grief and loss support, anger management, support for depressive feelings and support with low self-esteem and low confidence. Heartfelt believes that clients are the experts in their lives and support and guidance is what is provided. Choosing to work with our animal partner can enhance to learning for some clients.
Heartfelt Counselling has the ability to lend an ear for listening as well as support clients to process life obstacles. Our philosophy is understanding that connections are the key to clients ensuring they have the strength to navigate their emotions.
Heartfelt Counselling offers professional support, virtually and in person. Our intention is to support clients in learning and refining their skills and tools.
