Do emotions hit so fast that a small trigger makes you lash out, hurting loved ones and leaving you in deep regret? To cope, you might turn to bingeing, substances, or even self-harm. Or perhaps you feel increasingly numb, escaping into screens and losing genuine connection. You try to stay rational, but the emotional flood always returns, leaving you exhausted, ashamed, and wondering what is "wrong" with you. You might even feel helpless under the weight of medical labels like ADHD or a personality disorder. But please know: you are not broken. Even with these labels, you deserve to be understood and are fully capable of healing.

As an immigrant who completed my Master's degree in Canada, I understand the challenges that immigrants and international students face. I offer my services in both English and Mandarin, tuning in to diverse cultures.
I work with adults, couples, and adolescents (12+) who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the impact of overwhelming experiences, including childhood trauma, event trauma, and dissociative responses. Many of my clients feel disconnected from themselves, stuck in repeating patterns, or burdened by emotions they struggle to understand.

Life sometimes feels like chaos, right? Racing thoughts, intense emotions, and critical voices both inside and outside seem determined to keep us running like a machine that is never allowed to stop. We learn so much in our early years, but are seldom taught how to take care of ourselves. And so when those hard moments hit us, we feel anxious, we feel unsafe, and we feel exhausted. The uncomfortable feelings are valid, but believe me, you have the power to find more comfortable ways of living with them. We all feel lost at some point in our lives, and you don’t have to face this journey of exploration alone.
