As an integrative counsellor, I am committed to using the modality that is most effective and cohesive to our unique process. I am a proponent of a holistic approach to healing that gets to the root cause of suffering. This often involves thorough depth work, supported with coping strategies to get through the most difficult pieces of our work together.
The initial phase of counselling is about meeting in the present and setting expectations, so that our time together becomes a safe space for exploration. Sequential work moves into depth modalities, utilizing a combination of approaches that compliment your process. Together, we will build an alliance for this journey inwards.
