With over 10 years of experience helping adults and youth with complex needs and family relationships, I continue to expand my skills to best help clients. Helping clients heal and find safety again from the inside outward. I offer a safe virtual and in person space to connect, promote strengths, and assist in whatever your goals for therapy may be. Being able to feel safe, comfortable, and connected to your therapist is crucial. I welcome client feedback to help ensure I am meeting you where you need.
Therapy techniques are tailored to the client’s needs, and include the use of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, and trauma informed therapy. I am flexible in my approach to ensure I am meeting the client where they are at always, and moving at their comfort level.
