I have advanced professional certifications from Yale University & The University of Sydney. I am a Certified Substance Abuse Counsellor, Psychotherapist, B.S.W, MSc. Clinical, CBT Practitioner and a Mindfulness (Master) Practitioner. I work with individuals, couples and families. I offer in-person, telephone, video chat, email and text counselling options.
