Heather is a sensitive and compassionate counsellor, skilled in trauma informed methods such as EMDR,T-CBT, DBT, IFS (parts work), MBSR, and somatic techniques. She uses an integrative approach to meet unique needs of her clients. She is a master level Reiki practitioner who believes in treating the whole person not the mental health concern. Therapy is part of a personal growth journey that we often do not embark on until our ability to cope when life is overwhelmed. The choice of a therapist is a very personal one.
