I offer an eclectic approach rooted in an understanding of how attachment and trauma can affect our physiology and choices. I fold in a range of modalities: Somatic Experiencing, CBT, EMDR, ACT, parts work and others to help you explore your feelings, thoughts and dilemmas while building deep self-compassion and identifying strategies for change.
