We support clients through life transitions, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, burnout, racial identity, LGBTQ+ identity exploration, prenatal or postpartum transitions & more—all at accessible rates. Our team includes student psychotherapists under clinical supervision, who draw from a range of approaches—including cognitive, psychodynamic, somatic, and expressive arts therapies—to meet you where you are. Heal Through Connection is grounded in the belief that you can return to your true self and your natural capacity to heal. We offer psychotherapy rooted in presence, trust, and real connection.
We also offer Hypnosis and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) sessions to help shift self-limiting beliefs, habits & patterns held in the subconscious. By reframing core narratives and rewiring neural pathways, clients often experience greater clarity, confidence, motivation and alignment with their values and goals.
