With over 15 years as an educator and mental health advocate, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating bereavement, loss, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, suicidal ideation, and racial trauma. My work centers on life transitions, offering compassionate guidance through vulnerable moments. I believe that people are the experts of their own lives.
