About
As both an Art Therapist and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I am dedicated to creating a space that values and accepts everyone. I believe that therapy is not one size fits all and I will work alongside you to support you on your journey in a way that is most comfortable for you. Art therapy is a creative approach that allows for a deep connection between your mind and body, allowing you to explore yourself through a different lens. Bringing creative elements into sessions can be an empowering way to heal and understand yourself. No previous art experience is required.
I understand that art therapy is not for everyone, by providing a combination of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, compassion, and understanding I hope to provide a space for healing, growth, and transformation that is right for you. Reaching out is the hardest step but I’m here to provide support to walk through all of life’s changes.
I am looking forward to the privilege of getting to know you and accompanying you on your journey. I am currently accepting new clients and offer a free 15-minute phone/video consultation to determine that the therapeutic relationship is a good fit for you.
