Using an emotion-focused and client-centred approach, I help clients slow down, make sense of their experiences, and better understand the patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and sexual wellbeing. Together we will explore what is beneath the surface and work toward creating meaningful, lasting change.
