Beginning therapy for the first time or starting with a new therapist can be a daunting experience; therefore, my aim is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment that allows you to show up as your most authentic self and grow at your own pace. My greatest priority is ensuring you feel heard, understood, and respected within our therapeutic relationship as I know being vulnerable and trusting someone with our deepest thoughts, feelings, and traumas can be extremely challenging. In our work together, we will collaboratively explore your current situation, concerns, and goals to help you plan a new way forward.
I support individuals, ages 18 and up, and couples from diverse backgrounds, cultures, identities, and lived experiences. My areas of clinical focus include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, trauma, relationship and sexual challenges, and existential concerns related to identity, purpose in life, and legacy.
While my treatment approach will be tailored to meet your needs, I frequently draw from several modalities, such as Person-Centered Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
