Many of my clients identify as a member of the LGBTQIA+ and as neurodivergent. My work centers on meeting each client's needs with a lighthearted, humorous approach. As a Gen Z therapist, I help clients make progress and understand what change means for them. I often take a humanistic approach with behavouiral skills to aid in change. My background in Psychology and Women’s and Gender Studies gives me an intersectional feminist lens for working with diverse groups. If you feel stuck in your past and want to move towards being present in the now I may be able to help.
I typically find myself working with teens to people in their thirties who struggle with diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, ADHD, Autism, and BPD. I often work with trauma, recovering people pleasers, and those who struggle with body image issues,
I want others to have a space to build genuine connections that allow them to connect with themself and others. I want to others to feel safe in their own body's and develop an understanding how to soathe their nerous system in a hectic world. If you feel as though I may be a good fit, please reach out to connect.
