My practice supports individuals navigating trauma, low self worth, perfectionism, big emotions, and relationship distress. I work especially well with high achievers and people pleasers who are tired of the mental noise and ready to dive deep to find acceptance within themselves and authenticity in their relationships. I understand symptoms as unconscious adaptations to difficult past experiences, meant to keep us safe and keep us going. Our bodies and minds are brilliant at protecting us, and, sometimes our implicit protective patterns can keep us cut off from the tenderness of our true selves. Let's reconnect together.
I believe that reconnection happens when we go beyond insight to process the full impact of our experiences. My approach integrates techniques that consider the mind, body, and systemic factors to explore where you are now, release what isn’t working for you, and try on new ways of being. I draw from IFS, somatics, EMDR, and embodied anti-oppressive theory.
I welcome all and am passionate about working with other 2SLGBTQ+ and neurodivergent folks. Therapy is a relationship above all, and it's an honour to be trusted.
