We all find ourselves in moments where life feels hard. In these moments, we are called upon to explore our soft spots. It is in these spots that we can find flexibility. I have been working with adolescents and their families for over 20 years as a Canadian Certified Counsellor and as an experienced educator in the school system. My therapeutic approach is to offer support and guidance through kindness, compassion, empathy and a dash of good humour. I offer teletherapy counselling across BC and welcome all folks. In particular, I am passionate about working with people who identify as Queer and their families.
I offer teletherapy counselling for individuals, adolescents, couples, and families across British Columbia, as well as consulting and training for institutions, businesses, organizations and agencies.
To fully belong, you have to be able to show up as your whole self. My priority as a therapist is to provide my clients with a caring, compassionate, non-judgmental and inclusive space to heal. Through respectful collaboration, strategies and use of resources, my intention is to leverage courage for change so that we can co-create your therapeutic toolkit.
