Our childhood experiences and family relationships can shape how we see ourselves, relate to others, and navigate life's challenges. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or continue to be affected by painful childhood experiences or difficult family relationships. Therapy provides a supportive, practical space to better understand these experiences, build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more confident, connected, and able to move forward with greater clarity and hope in the present moment.
I support children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma, separation and divorce, family conflict, and difficult childhood experiences, including childhood sexual abuse. With experience working with children and families and specialized trauma therapy training, I offer thoughtful, evidence-informed care tailored to each client's needs.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you're already carrying so much. You don't have to navigate it alone. I offer a free consultation so we can talk about your concerns, answer your questions, and explore whether I'm the right fit for you or your child.
