In Drama Therapy, clients can take on new perspectives and examine alternative solutions using creative and playful means. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
I work with adults and adolescents who suffer from symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. I specialize in adults with ADHD. I take a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy and look forward to helping you work towards your goals.
