I'm a biracial counsellor specializing in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges of all types (partner/family/friendship/workplace). I also work with those navigating depression, fertility challenges, parenting, burnout, isolation, life transitions, and mixed-race identity.
