I offer clinical counselling grounded in a relational, trauma-informed approach. I specialize in life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, and sense-of-self concerns. I also support clients facing chronic illness or pain, acculturation challenges, aging, and relationship issues (including couples) or career-related stress.

I provide a safe, respectful space where clients can slow down, feel understood, and explore what truly matters to them. Therapy is paced with care and guided by compassion, curiosity, and trust.
