Hi, and welcome! I'm a licensed counsellor offering services to individuals seeking support for stress, anxiety, and low mood, as well as people looking to improve their self-esteem and their interpersonal relationships. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients, integrating different approaches to tailor the process to each individual's needs. I most frequently use principles drawn from Systemic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapies. My practice is 2slgbtqia+ and neurodivergent-affirming.
