In order to bring meaningful changes to your life we incorporate an array of evidence-based approaches such as Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). In addition to providing high-quality and compassionate support, we offer services on a sliding-scale so that therapy can be affordable for all.
Our diverse team is comprised of Psychotherapists, Social Workers, Behaviour Analysts, and Cuddle Therapists. Everyone at Hatch-Me is dedicated to fostering a caring, judgment-free space which allows clients to learn, heal, and grow. We offer free 15-minute phone consultations in case you wish to vent or learn more about us.
With offices in Mississauga, Toronto, and Milton, we also offer mobile services across the GTA as well as virtual sessions, so you can get guidance anywhere that's convenient for you.
