Groups
CBT Group
The Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Skills Group is a 5-week online psycho-educational class for adults aged 18 and older. This is an online group with 6-8 participants. The group is designed to teach you practical tools to recognize, understand, and manage patterns of feeling, thinking, and behaving to improve your mental health. You will learn about how your emotions work and how these are connected to your thoughts and behaviors. Understanding these connections will help you work more effectively with yourself - with your mind/brain and your body sensations - especially when you are having problems associated with depression and anxiety.
