Do you value relationships and feel you would like to be more confident in yourself? I am Certified in EFT (Emotion-Focused Therapy) for couples and individuals. I am also trained in EMDR, which is effective in treating trauma- see my website hartsencounselling.com for links. I use a present focused, experiential approach, that includes acceptance of what we are facing and mindful exploration of our experience.
I am privileged to share in peoples' struggles with our human experience. We are often shut down in ways we don't understand. Paying attention to our thoughts and emotions can lead to an unfolding of new ways to experience ourselves, our relationships and our lives.
